Shipping Information

We are a print on demand company. All products are made to order. We print in house and use outsourced manufacturers for a portion of order fulfillment. We reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third parties.

Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.

We will process your order within 3 to 4 business days after it is placed. It will ship to your door 4 to 6 days later.

We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, and not that of After Dark Productions.

Returns/Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF:

· Your order is canceled by After Dark Productions.

· One or more of your items is no longer available after placing your order.

· The item(s) were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we were contacted within 30 days calendar days from the date of delivery. Please contact us here with your order number, a description of your issue, and a picture of the item. 

Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 15 business days to post to your account. We do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

Exchanges

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES UNLESS:

· The item shipped is a different size than the one you ordered.

· The incorrect item was shipped to you.

· The item shipped was defective.
